1. Swimsuit Requirements

• Competitors must wear a one-piece swimsuit. For this competition year, the designated swimsuit color is Emerald Green.
• A sarong is required as part of the presentation.
• Optional design elements may include embellishments, hardware, or sequins.

2. Accessories Restrictions

• Hats and sunglasses are strictly prohibited during the swimsuit portion of the competition.

3. Footwear Requirements

• The required shoe style is acrylic clear or taupe nude.
• Footwear must be selected to closely match the competitor’s skin tone.

 International delegates requiring a visa for entry into the host country will be provided with an official invitation letter. 

 This year’s celebratory theme will be Masquerade — Mardi Gras Edition.   Preliminary finalists and outgoing titleholders are invited to showcase their most dazzling Mardi‑Gras‑inspired masquerade looks, honoring unity and support for the Pledge Campaign. 

 Please note: This exclusive celebration is reserved for finalists and titleholders only. The event is private and not open to the public or family members. 

1. Team Details & Communication

• Information about the official hair and makeup team will be shared in the private Facebook group and distributed via email.
• Delegates should refer to these channels for updates, instructions, and booking details.

2. Booking & Payment Requirements

• Each delegate is responsible for booking their own services directly with the team.
• Payment must be made in full, two weeks prior to the arrival date.
• A payment link and/or official QR code will be provided to complete transactions securely.

TCP is proud to introduce our official photographer, Demarcus Bowser. His expertise and artistry will ensure that every moment of the pageant is captured with excellence and style.

Payment Policy:

• Photography services will be provided for one sum total, paid in full and in advance directly to the photographer.
• A payment link and/or QR code will be distributed two weeks prior to the pageant to facilitate these payments.

1. Hotel Accommodations

• The entry fee includes a hotel room, shared with a roommate delegate.
• Delegates who prefer a private room may book independently once the group number and rate have been issued.
• Delegates, friends, and family may call to book rooms directly at the group rate and will be responsible for self-payment.
• Please note: choosing a private room does not reduce or discount the entry fee.

2. Family and Guest Restrictions

• Family and friends attending the pageant during the week are not permitted to accompany delegates to any venues.
• Meals will not be provided for family or guests.
• Delegates will attend all venues and meals as a group, without guests.
