REQUIREMENTS:

 

• Be of good moral character.

• Must be a natural born female.

• Mrs. delegates must be legally married in the same interpretation as United States law.

• Ages are as of January 1 of the competition year.

• Evening Gown

• Forum Presentation based on delegate's charitable work, causes, and philanthropy.

• “Woman of Inspiration” – Crown & Sash on Stage

• “TCP Universe Ambassador” – Crown & Sash ( delegate that raises over 1,500 for The Pledge )

•    Shared room hotel stay for duration of pageant week

State Crown and Sash 

2 Meals during 4 Day event ( during outing and day of grand final )

PAYMENTS:

​

• All fees are nonrefundable.

• A $350 USD deposit is required to hold appointed titles. The balance due date and payment options are dependent upon date of deposit and date of title appointment.

• We accept Venmo, Zelle, and MoneyGram.

​

AD PAGES: ( for international only )

​

• Ad pages are offered as an incentive for delegates to gain sponsors.

• Pages are $250 each for a full color, 8.5"x11" advertisement page.

• Final, print-ready artwork is due 30 days prior to the pageant.

THE PLEDGE CAMPAIGN:

​

• Titleholders will become ambassadors for “The Pledge Campaign” Against Domestic Abuse, which includes His Pledge, Her Pledge, Kids Pledge, Pets Pledge.

Swimsuit Color for the 2025 Pageant: ( this is for national and international event )

​

The swimsuit will be RED one-piece swimsuit with sarong. Swimsuit may have embellishments, hardware, sequins. No hats or sunglasses are allowed for the swimsuit portion of competition. The required shoe for swimsuit will be acrylic clear or taupe nude to match skin tone in proximity.

 

VIP Friday Night Party: ( International Event )

This year’s theme will be Disco theme Going Purple for The Pledge Campaign! All preliminary finalist and outgoing titleholders will be required to utilize purple in Disco attire.

 

Hair and Make-Up:

Information about the team and the directions for payments will be presented on the private Facebook group and via email. You will be responsible for booking and paying in full two weeks prior to arriving. This will be via a payment link and or QR code.

 

Photography and Video:

This will be one sum total paid in full in advance to our photographer who will also be providing his videographer.

A payment link and or QR code will be provided for these payments two weeks prior to the pageant.

 

Additional notes include:

• Entry fee includes hotel room shared with a roommate delegate. Those that would like to book own room, will be able to do so. Once we have been issued a group number and rate, delegates, friends, family, etc., will be able to call and book to self-pay for their own room. Should you choose to book your own private room, there will be no discount off entry fee.

 

• Family and friends attending the pageant during the week will not be permitted to go to any of the venues and none of their meals we will be provided. The group will attend to all venues and meals alone without the company of guests.​
